PR-SUB (Perfusion-Ready-Single-Use-Bioreactor)
Take advantage of a fully pre-assembled perfusion systems integrating the “LowRider-2-TFF” PR-SUB and save hood and autoclaving time. Bottom broth outlet connected directly to the Levitronix Single-Use-Pump (SUP) for circulating the broth through the Hollow-Fiber-Filter (HFF) and back to the SUB. The LowRider-3-TFF is designed to fit any 0.4-2 liter Working Volume (WV) perfusion Process-Control-System (PCS). Broadly known as TFF setup.
The LowRider-3-TFF PR-SUB with the unique broth outlet at bottom via a hose directly connected to the Levitronix SUP. Simple connection to the HFF follow by the retentate return through a hose and back into the LowRider-3-TFF.

- 1 x L-sparger macro or your preferred sparger
- 1 x deep tube for retentate return with 500 mm 10/14 hose
- 1 x “LowRider” barb broth outlet + 200 mm long 9.5/14.3 hose to the Levitronix PuraLev SUP
- 1 x PuraLev DCP-30 or DCP-200 SUP arranged with 3/4" Tri-Clamps exit to the HFF
- 1 x HFF of your choice
- 6 x small inner diameter 900 mm long weldable hoses for various inlet and outlets on head plate
- 1 x bottom harvest with swabable valve
- 1 x exhaust with 2 x OD 60 mm sterile filters
Needed or nice to have re-usable accessories
- Re-Usable electrical Heating-Support-Foot (HSF) to be bolted on the MST = very safe solution
- Re-Usable flexible Electrical-Heating-Blanket (dim 75 x 350 mm) = traditional setup
- Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST) like the Compact model (p/n: 42500-C-8-B) = any servo motor
- SUB-Support-Square for MST = use with electrical heating blanket
