World most powerful SUF product from CerCell for microbial fermentation. Require no involvement of specialized help. This giant Single-Use-Fermenter (SUF) easily replaces any of the very heavy old fashion glass/steel STR.

The giant 30 liter SUF is available with Head-Plate-Drive (HPD) for 1,500 RPM. A range of servo motor adapters is available for different brand PCS. This giant is pre-installed with classical pH analogue SUS and VisiWell DO Single-Use-Well (SUW) (two different DO well models to choose from). Two thermal control options (most often cooling) = liquid based with two internal cooling fingers or encapsulating Single-Use-Jacket (SUJ) for higher cooling effect.
A proud Production Manager Kevin 2018 present the 30 liter SUF with the weight of only 6.6 kilos fully equipped irradiated and ready for use. The much smaller SUF shown in Kevin's right hand is the 5.7 liter BactoVessel with the weight of only 2.5 kilo.
This giant Single-Use-Fermenter (SUF) with outside dimension (OD) 250 x 600 mm = 30 liter Vessel Volume (VV) includes: 3 Smith turbines, 3 baffle’s, 2 internal cooling fingers or one external Single-Use-Jacket, 3 liter external foam collector, pH SUS and DO SUS well, plenty of long silicone hoses with connectors. Typical volume in the optional Single-Use-Jacket (SUJ) is 6 liter.
