LowRider for easy connection with any perfusion system
For perfusion systems not integrating a SUB CerCell offer the “LowRider” solution. Bottom outlet for easy connection to your pump used for circulation broth through the CFF/HFF. The LowRider-3 is designed to fit any 0.4 - 2 liter Working Volume (WV) perfusion system.
The LowRider-3 SUB, the unique broth outlet at bottom barb via a hose and a first aseptic connector. Retentate return to the SUB through a second aseptic connector on a hose and back into the LowRider-3 through the head plate and dip tube.

- First class rigid mono component PolyCarbonate components
- Vessel dimension: OD 137 x 270 mm gives in total 3,2 liter VV
- Internal mixing design options (you can have any configuration):
- A. Radial agitation Elephant ear impeller, OD 60 mm, 3 blades, 45 degrees, CW rotation down flow, 55 mm from the bottom = traditional design
- B. Axial agitation Elephant ear impeller, OD 60 mm, 3 blades, 45 degrees, CW rotation down flow, 55 mm from the bottom and stator system = low RPM and reduced foam production

- 100% configurable design for the 3.2 liter Vessel Volume (VV) - Working Volume (WV) as low as 400 ml
- Agitation from bottom by the Magnetic-Bottom-Drive (MBD) driven by the Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST)

- Electrical blanket heating - wrap the orange silicone blanket around the SUB - traditional
- Electrical jacket heating - Heating-Support-Foot integrated with the Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST-C) - the HSF adds important stability and ease in use - best choice
Needed or nice to have re-usable accessories
- Re-Usable electrical Heating-Support-Foot to be bolted on the MST = very safe solution
- Re-Usable elastic electrical heating blanket (dim 75 x 350 mm) = traditional setup
- Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST-C) like the Compact model = any servo motor
- SUB support plate for MST = use with electrical heating blanket
- If needed - converter kit for servo motor
