BactoVessel facilitates an impressive number of different radial mixing turbine principles: Rushton, Jacob, Smith, Hjort and Bakker. All medical grade Nylon for the most demanding applications.

Turbines are designed with several identical blades attached to the central core. Turbines typically run more than 350 RPM or as high as 2,000 RPM. Always for radial mixing alternatively within a set of baffels.

Turbines are described by: diameter, number of blades, blade shape - principle, direction.

Outside diameter, OD mm: 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 and 120
Number of blades are 6 or 8 depending on principle
Blade shapes: flat, symmetric half circle, symmetric concave, asymmetric concave

Rotation direction: Right (CW) or Left (CCW)
