Educational movies conventional radial mixing with 60 mm impeller
We all fancy CFD with all the static colours most often at under steady-state conditions. It's not too easy to establish movies which work under real time conditions … we found a way! We call it PFD – Practical-Fluid-Dynamics. Nano size particles added to the liquid. Enjoy the movies we have created since February 2018.
Example 1 data – CellVessel 3,200 ml Vessel Volume, 1,100 ml Working Volume, left turn rotation, radial mixing, pumping down, 3 blades, 45° angle, 250 RPM, 3 x baffels.
Movies show same fluid containing nano size particles with and without the 3 baffels. Further one movie show start and stop from one side and from above.
