PR-SUB (Perfusion-Ready-Single-Use-Bioreactor)
Complete your in-house assembled perfusion systems integrating the “LowRider” PR-SUB and save hood time. Bottom broth outlet for a Levitronix pump used for circulation the broth through the HFF. The LowRider-3 is designed to complete most 0.4 - 2 liter Working Volume perfusion system.

A. Radial agitation Elephant ear impeller, OD 60 mm, 3 blades, 45 degrees, CW rotation down flow, 55 mm from the bottom = traditional design
B. Axial agitation Elephant ear impeller, OD 60 mm, 3 blades, 45 degrees, CW rotation down flow, 55 mm from the bottom and stator system = lower RPM and reduced foam production
Multiple head plate ports
- 1 x PG 13.5 port pre-installed with PolarWell or VisiWell for non-invasive DO RUS insert
- 1 x PG 13.5 port pre-installed with OneFerm pH Single-Use-Sensor with K9 connector
- 3 x free / extra sensor ports PG 13.5
- 1 x L-sparger macro or your preferred sparger
- 1 x dip tube for retentate return with 500 mm 10/14 hose + your preferred connector (AseptiQuick AQS17006 3/8")
- 6 x small inner diameter 900 mm long closed weldable hoses for various inlet and outlets on head plate
- 1 x bottom harvest with swabable valve on short hose
- 1 x exhaust with 2 x OD 60 mm sterile filters
Bottom side port = “Low-Rider” barb broth outlet + 200 mm long 9.5/14.3 hose + your preferred connector (AseptiQuick AQS 17006 3/8") or the Levitronix Single-use-Pump.

Needed or nice to have re-usable accessories:
- Re-Usable electrical heating jacket (pn 42966) to be bolted on the MST = very safe solution
- Re-Usable elastic electrical heating blanket (dim 75 x 350 mm) = traditional setup
- Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST) like the Compact model (p/n: 42500-C-8-x) = any servo motor
- SUB support plate for MST (p/n: 42521-15) = use with electrical heating blanket
- If needed - converter kit for servo motor (p/n: 42000 series)

The LowRider-3 mounted on the MST to be driven by any servo motor. Very stable and safe solution with no heavy servo motor on the low weight PR-SUB. Centre photo MST mounted with the black Kollmorgen motor used by many BioStat PCS. Left photo shows a great solution combining the LowRider-3 with the Levitronix pump.
