Electrical jacket’s 500

When the volume of media is as low as 200 ml in a mini SUBs or SUMs combined thermal control and mechanical support makes sense. The Heating-Support-Foot (HSF) with the small CellVessel SUB may be mounted on most laboratory stirrer table or CerCell Magnetic-Stirrer-Table (MST).

Electrical thermal control of 500 ml SUBs, SUMs

The heavy Teknic servo motor isolated from the 500 ml SUB, SUM by the Magnetic-Stirrer-Table. Further the 500 ml vessel thermally controlled accurately in the Heating-Support-Foot which combined thermal mass help the old fashion Process-Control-Systems (PCS) PID perform better. The MST and HSF fit together integrating the 50 ml vessel.   

Heating-Support-Foot (HSF-E) for CellVessel integrate electrical cartridge heating element. Choose 110 VAC or 230 VAC supply  (always including ground and to be used with ground!) All HSF for 500 ml SUB/SUF/SUM is OD 137 mm. HSF-E integrates a thermal protection which cut of at 55°C and connect again at 35°C. NOT for cultivation purposes – only for your personal protection! Drilled holes  OD 2.0, 3.0, 7.0 mm for ¼” thermocouples. 

Liquid thermal control of 500 ml SUB

Heating-Support-Foot (HSF-W) for CellVessel 500 ml based on circulating liquid from an external supply. G1/4" connections and possible Rectus-21 couplings. Hollow aluminum construction. Drilled holes are one 4.2 mm one 6.2 mm for thermocouple.

Mechanical support / thermal control of 500 ml SUB

The basic HSF (Heating-Support-Foot) (for your own electrical heating blanket) consisting of the aluminium ring shown here for the small CellVessel SUBs. Use the HSF for mechanical support, for thermal control with an electrical jacket of your own or our complete HSF. Drilled holes are: 4.2 mm and 6.2 mm for OD 6 mm thermocouple insert.
