Scalable LowRider™ Perfusion-Ready-SUBs for TFF and any Process-Control-System 

 

LowRider™ family of PR-SUBs™ cultivate mammalian cell’s in suspension (or attached to carriers) at high cell density via cell retention in perfusion mode operation. The PR-SUBs provides a range of cultivation system sizes integrating all the SUB components. More or less any PCS (Process-Control-System) preferably with suitable PID access for thermal control will do. The Perfusion-Ready-Single-Use-Bioreactor integrates from birth unique Single-Use-Sensor's (SUS) and the Levitronix pump combined with SepraPor Hollow-Fibre-Filter (HFF).
