For medium size perfusion systems not integrating a pump CerCell offer the “LowRider-10” solution. Bottom outlet for connecting to a pump (like centrifugal or peristaltic) used for circulating broth through the CFF/HFF in cell retention setup. The "LowRider-10" designed for up to 10 liter Working Volume (WV) from a 13 liter Vessel Volume (VV) for Perfusion-Ready setup.

The LowRider-10 PR-SUB, the unique broth outlet at bottom exit with a hose and a first aseptic connector: After passing the HFF retentate return to the SUB through via a second aseptic connector on a hose from head plate and back into the LowRider-10 PR-SUB.
