SUB's 250-1,500 ml Working Volume

CellVessel 21-2000 with circular stator generating radial media mixing cultivating CHO cells on DasGip MP8 Process-Control-System. Test performed at Bioneer A/S, Denmark, senior scientist Holger K. Riemann, www.bioneer.dk. Conclusion is that mass transfer is significant higher allowing cells to grow faster and obtain max density followed by excess lactate concentration.

SUB's 50-200 ml Working Volume

CellVessel 23-0250 inserted in HSF cultivating CHO cells on DasGip MP8 Process-Control-System. Performed by senior scientist Holger K. Riemann, Bioneer A/S, Denmark, www.bioneer.dk.
