PR-SUB (Perfusion-Ready-Single-Use-Bioreactor)

Complete your inhouse assembled perfusion systems integrating the “LowRider-1” PR-SUB and save hood time. Bottom broth outlet for connecting a small centrifugal pump used for circulation the broth through the CFF. The LowRider-1 is designed to fit any 0,3 - 1 liter Working Volume perfusion system.

 The LowRider-1 PR-SUB, the unique broth outlet at bottom via a short hose and a first aseptic connector, retentate return via the SUB head plate through a second aseptic connector on a hose and back into the LowRider-1. Compact head plate including both DO and pH SUS.

• Dimension: OD 110 x 270 mm (2,1 liter Vessel Volume)
• Magnetic-Bottom-Drive (MBD) for impeller integrated with Aero magnet motor:
  • Radial agitation Elephant ear impeller, OD 45 mm, 3 blades, 45 degrees, CW rotation down flow, 55 mm from the bottom

Head plate facilitate 7 x PG 13,5 port's pre-installed with

1. port with non-invasive VisiWell for DO VisiFerm RUS insert
2. port with OneFerm pH Single-Use-Sensor (SUS) with K9 connector
3. port aeration L-sparger 1 x 0,9 mm drilled hole or your preferred sparger
4. port deep tube for retentate return with 500 mm 10/14 hose + your preferred connector (such as AseptiQuick AQS17004)
5. center port exhaust, small foam collecting bottle, liquid harvest, OD 60 mm sterile filters on 500 mm hoses
6. port In&Out 1 with 4 all small inner diameter 900 mm long weldable closed hoses
   • 1 x inoculation inlet 30 mm from bottom
   • 1 x media inlet 30 mm from bottom
   • 1 x outlet sample 30 mm from bottom
   • 1 x inlet for acid, NaOH 30 mm under cover

7. Port In&Out 2 with 2 all small inner diameter
   • 1 x bottom harvest hose with swabable valve on short external hose
   • 1 x acid inlet 900 mm long weldable closed hoses
   • 1 x thermo couple non-invasive well ID 7 mm

    8^th port = “LowRider” = broth bottom outlet with barb + 200 mm long 9,5/14,3 hose + your preferred connector (such as AseptiQuick AQS17006)
