Understanding thermocouple dimension gives several benefits

SUB and SUF products accept a variety of temperature sensors. Please find a somewhat detailed presentation of relevant Pt100 probes available. Temperature range from cold to near boiling! None of the Pt100 probes are designed for sterilization, but for non-invasive well insertion.

Via the CerCell Configurator Tool you can choose:

  • The standard SUB / SUF non-invasive well occupying a PG13.5 port for non-invasive insertion of thermocouples designed as a rod in diameter of max 6.5 mm
  • No standard non-invasive well installed freeing a PG13.5 port for other use. Alternatively non-invasive insertion of a thin thermocouple in In&Out system port Section 8-1 selected closed in the opposite end. This In&Out option is based on ID3 x OD5 mm silicone hose. Such thin sensors requires extra care as these sensors are more fragile. The silicone hose is thin walled and extra care is required when inserting the probe. 

Duplex Pt100 6-wire probe with 1 metre cable and no connector.

  • OD 6 x 250 stainless steel (RS 3971400)

4-wire Pt100 probe with 1 metre cable and no connector.

  • OD 3 x 150 mm stainless steel AISI 316 (RS 3629935)
  • OD 3 x 250 mm stainless steel AISI 316 (RS 3629941)

3-wire Pt100 with 3 meter cable in ATEX version with no connector.

  • OD 2.5 x 500 stainless steel (RS 5477310)
Such thin sensor requires extra care as these sensors are more fragile.
 

Unique 3-wire Class A RTD probes with 1 meter cable with no connector.

  • OD 1.5 x 300 (Omega PR-11-2-M15-300)
  • OD 1.5 x 450 (Omega PR-11-2-M15-450)
Fits quite well into an ID 3 mm silicone hose. Such thin sensors requires extra care as these sensors are more fragile.
 

These PR22 Class A RTD probes comes with M12 Phoenix 4-wire connector IP67 moulded to the stainless steel AISI316 tube.

  • OD 2.0 x 250 mm (Omega PR22-3-100-A-M2-250-M12)
  • OD 3.0 x 350 mm (Omega PR22-3-100-A-M3-350-M12)
  • OD 6.0 x 350 mm (Omega PR22-3-100-A-M6-350-M12)
The 2 mm sensor requires extra care as these sensors are more fragile than 6 mm probes.
  Via the Configurator Tool you can choose the Hamilton pH SUS OneFerm VP, classical analogue signal, built-in NTC temperature sensor value 22 k at 25°. Accuracy 0.1°C, connector VP6. Get digital communication with the ARC digital signal transmitter. Unique products where the pH / °C SUS is designed to be pre-installed and subsequently E-beam irradiated.

An issue to work with is the connector. Many different are in use and it´s impossible to comprehend all. If you can give us adequate information we can potentially supply the desired sensor with connector.
